CREATOR AGREEMENT
Effective Date: November 6, 2026
This Creator Agreement establishes the requirements and responsibilities of individuals authorized to publish and monetize adult content on Lhuminas.com.
By applying for Approved Creator status and accepting this Agreement, the creator agrees to the following conditions.
1. Creator Eligibility
Creators must:
- Be at least 18 years old and meet applicable legal age requirements.
- Complete identity and age verification.
- Provide accurate registration and payment information.
- Have the legal right to create and distribute their content.
- Comply with applicable laws, the Terms and Conditions, and platform policies.
Lhuminas may refuse or revoke creator approval when eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Creator Verification
Creators must provide identity-verification documentation as required by the Platform and applicable law.
Creators must not submit false, altered, or misleading documentation.
Additional verification may be required when identity information changes or compliance concerns arise.
3. Performer Consent
Creators must obtain documented, informed, voluntary consent from every person depicted in uploaded adult content.
Creators must ensure that each performer is legally eligible to participate and has authorized the intended recording and distribution.
Creators must maintain legally required releases and records and cooperate with lawful verification requests.
4. Recordkeeping
Creators must comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and related regulations where applicable.
Lhuminas will establish its own legally required recordkeeping, custodian, and disclosure procedures as appropriate to its activities.
Creators must not publish content when legally required verification or documentation is missing.
5. Creator Publishing Rights
Approved creators may publish content using the features authorized for their accounts.
Creators retain ownership of their original work.
Creators grant Lhuminas a nonexclusive license to host, process, display, distribute, and promote authorized content in connection with operation of the Platform, subject to applicable law and the creator’s privacy and removal rights.
6. Creator Subscriptions
Creators may offer paid subscriptions to eligible members.
Subscription prices, billing frequency, and included benefits must be disclosed before purchase.
Creators must accurately describe the content and benefits they offer.
Creators must not promise benefits they do not intend or cannot reasonably provide.
7. Revenue Sharing
The proposed standard revenue distribution is:
Creator: 80%
Lhuminas: 20%
The final agreement will specify the calculation basis, including how processing fees, refunds, taxes, and chargebacks affect distributable revenue.
Any creator-specific revenue arrangement must be expressly agreed upon.
8. Earnings and Payouts
Creator earnings will be tracked through the Platform’s approved payment and accounting systems.
The following payout terms will be confirmed before monetization is activated:
- Payout schedule: To be determined.
- Minimum withdrawal: To be determined.
- Supported payout methods: To be determined.
- Processing fees: To be disclosed before withdrawal.
Creators may be required to provide payment and tax documentation.
Lhuminas may review disputed transactions or suspected fraudulent activity before releasing affected earnings, subject to applicable law.
9. Refunds and Payment Disputes
Refunds and chargebacks may result in adjustments to related creator earnings.
Creators agree not to manipulate subscription payments or engage in fraudulent transactions.
Any reserves, deductions, or payment holds must comply with the disclosed payment terms and applicable law.
10. Prohibited Creator Conduct
Creators must not upload or distribute:
- Content involving minors.
- Nonconsensual or exploitative sexual material.
- Unlawfully recorded intimate content.
- Content involving coercion, trafficking, or abuse.
- Sexual content involving animals.
- Copyright-infringing or stolen material.
- Content prohibited by applicable law or Platform policy.
Creators must not evade verification, impersonate others, or use fraudulent payment methods.
11. Complaints and Takedowns
Lhuminas may investigate reported content and restrict access during review.
Creators agree to cooperate with lawful requests relating to consent, ownership, age verification, and content complaints.
Content may be removed where required by law or Platform policy.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Creators must respect the privacy of subscribers and other creators.
Creators must not disclose private member information or misuse information obtained through the Platform.
Lhuminas will process creator verification and payment information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Taxes and Independent Status
Creators are responsible for applicable taxes and reporting obligations associated with their earnings.
Creators participate independently and are not employees of Lhuminas solely by publishing content or receiving subscription revenue.
14. Suspension and Termination
Lhuminas may suspend monetization or terminate creator privileges for violations of this Agreement or applicable law.
Outstanding legitimate earnings will be handled under the finalized payout terms and applicable law.
Termination does not eliminate legally required recordkeeping or other surviving obligations.
15. Changes to the Agreement
Lhuminas may update this Agreement with notice where required by law.
Changes affecting creator compensation or material contractual rights will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
